Ms. Dulce is now one of the key persons working to establish a Cooperative Youth Network in the Philippines. As a Vice Chairperson of the Young Entrepreneurs Service Cooperative (YES COOP), she spearheaded the operation of Online Pamilihan (Online Market) which greatly aided their local community in facing the COVID-19  threat  by  lessening  physical  interaction  of  the  members  of  the  community  in  availing  their basic needs. She currently works at the  CITY GOVERNMENT OF IMUSYouth Development OfficerIVYouth Affairs Officer(Department Head) since 2015.
