Doaa Nasser has a Bachelor's Degree in Information and Communication Technology from Al-Quds Open University in Palestine. She has 4 years’ work experience in the Economic and Social Development Center of Palestine (ESDC)  as  Monitoring & Evaluation Assistance, beside being responsible to  monitor the implementation of quality management system (ISO9001:2008).

She had volunteered within the Palestine 2017 team for a youth initiative on social accountability in Palestine under the Affiliated Network for Social Accountability (ANSA). She is a member of the Tik Media youth group in Palestine - Ramallah.
